OUR MISSION

Out in Front provides coaching and mentoring programmes to charities, sports bodies, companies, and public sector organisations across Scotland. We believe that all leaders, managers, and team-members should have the skills to make people feel empowered and valued, so that they can deliver individual and team success.

We combine the principles of high-performance sports coaching with best practice business mentoring models, to provide a comprehensive programme to support staff at all levels of the organisation.
